Refund & Return

  • We reserve the right to not accept an item back for refund or exchange if it shows excessive wear and tear (even within the 30 day returns policy). Items will not be accepted back for refund or exchange where there is evidence that a third party has carried out work on the item. 
  • The Firm will only accept any returns provided, the item must be received back in its original condition, with all original documentation where applicable. The security tag on the item must remain in place and if broken or tampered with a refund will not be authorised.
  • The Firm will not initiate any refunds on purchase of the bespoke orders, engraved items and shaped rings under any circumstances as every product is specially handcrafted once the order is placed. However, under exceptional circumstances, the User can contact the Firm’s customer support team who shall, after due verification of proof and based on other considerations deal with such issues on a case to case basis. For the sake of clarity, such considerations shall be made at the Firm’s sole discretion.
  • It must be noted that the Firm shall not be liable for the cost of return/insurance for the postage/courier. This shall entirely be your responsibility.
